The movie Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince opened in theaters today. Another season of TV’s Lost has just ended. In spite of all the cliff-hanging drama, there’s no denying that Sawyer is one funny dude and gets all the best lines. His particular brand of Southern-fried humor has led to one memorable nickname after another for his fellow castaways, usually to their chagrin.
So ign TV is honoring Sawyer by listing their Top 10 Favorite Sawyer Nicknames from all five seasons of Lost. For example, in “The Hunting Party” episode in Season 2, Sawyer says:
“Oh, I don’t know, Mr. Clean, I probably would have gone around Mt. Vesuvius.”
Sawyer’s nicknames are nothing if not observant. They tend to cut to the heart of who a person is and what they look like. Locke is indeed the spitting image of Mr. Clean, that bald and muscular icon of household cleaning products.
